First one means you can do it. Second one sounds incorrect m
You can do it.
You will be capable of doing it.
More correct sentence would be: तपाईंले गर्न सक्ने हुनुहुनेछ।
Sakna hunchha doesnt make sense, it’s saknu hunchha
Tapaile garna saknu hunechha sounds more respectful but I wonder if it’s correct grammatically. I’m not sure though.
First means you can do it now. Latter means, you’ll be able to do it in future ( which you may or may not be able to do it now).
Hunchha one represents present form. It means “You can do it”
Hunechha one represents future form. It is trying to say “You will be able to do it *(when the time comes for you to do it)”* .
Note – *(When the time comes for you to do it)* is not said out loud in Nepali but that is what it is trying to signify.

Ig it translates to “You can do it” and “You may do it”
