Bholi I’m thinking of participating on a campaign related to mental health where I have to deliver a story related to it.( Some inspiring story) I do have a story but ig it’s not that inspiring enough. Also how do I start and end it even if I’ll deliver it. I don’t want it to be boring and plus I’ve not participated that much in testo speaking programs , I do tell stories class ma infornt of classmates and my teachers but testo huge mass ko aaghadi I’m not that experienced so please add any tips that you think that might help me.

It is a heavy thing to talk about. A good story or a speech should absolutely evoke emotions, but if you or the audience are too emotional, it is easy to lose track of what you have to say. So to balance the heaviness if the topic, use humour in places. Does not have to be stand up style hilarious jokes, but a sprinkle of humour will serve you well. Other than that just be yourself and enjoy it. All the best!!
