What would you use your scooter for?
What is your weight and the usual pillion’s weight?
Get a Yamaha ZR 125cc scooter with the best milage of 58kmpl.
If you don’t care about any of these and only care about performance, I think Ntorq would be great.
If you are a person of low height(inseam), dio offers lower seat height. I haven’t tested all of them.
If your route includes steep uphills with not a great pitch, then 125cc would be the choice, it is a must if you are on the heavyweight side.
If you want price value and resale just go with dio
3L gets you a new scooter don’t buy second hand. Performance wise ntorq, mileage wise ray zr.
Get a brand new honda grazia, won’t regret. Very spacious chha.

had bought grazia bs6 disc for mom, it gives (50kmph with all the traffic jams). never had start problem when starting at 6AM in the winter. has that sidestand safety. brakes are good. maximum speed (90kmph) [in that gwarko (downhill) slope]. never had problem with it.

I strongly suggest to go for FI engine scooters, regardless of brand. Carburator engine will have milage issue with time. Yamaha & Honda have the best scooters in FI segment, easy 50km+ milage, in good and plain road it is almost 60. Ntorq also has FI variant, but milage is comparatively less compared to competition but have additional bluetooth features.
Considering the road structure, 125cc is adviceable.
a well maintained 2nd hand isn’t bad. you can get good deal for 1-2yr old bike.
