I literally have no one that i can talk to. My anxiety is through the roof and idk what to do. Bachelors sakiyo i can’t even find a job ani i don’t think i’m mentally capable of going abroad for further studies. My mind is a mess and i get anxiety attacks every fucking day. I never thought i would get this miserable aafai lai dekhera wakka lagcha. I feel like i am disappointing everyone around me and I think my ldr boyfriend is also falling out of love/ has found someone new. Atp i have stopped feeling like my life is worth living lol

    2nd: aafno mental health ma focus gara. gym jau, or meditate gara or morning walk ma jaau.

    3rd: aafno self esteem lai increase gara. aafulai dekhera dikka mannu satta ma kina aafulai dekhera dikka maniraxu bhanera question gara ani answer mile paxi teslai improve garna tira laga.

    Main bhaneko timi xau ta sara sanshaar xa. aafule aafulai maya garna sika anawashek kura haru dimag ma naliu ani overthinking pani dherai nagara. Socha ki manxe haru timi bhanda pani worst condition bata gujriraheko xan mero situation ta dherai ramro xa bhanera.

  3. Jindagi ko laamo time frame ma this is a small block on the road vanera sochna parxa. So, what matters?
    1. Your health. Trust me! There is nothing more important than being in clear state of mind. Problems aauxa and solve pani hunxa. SLC fail huda so many ppl took wrong step but when we look back now, we see that it( slc) is nothing that serious! Kati sano event thyo! So sochne dimension alikati wide banauna paryo! Tmro kura sunda as a somebody who did bachelors many many years ago, the problem seems so so so small but again, tyo moment ma tyo problem pahad jatro laagxa.

    So i would suggest:
    1. Try to calm your anxiety and each day work on that, if needed go to counseling, take may be some meditation courses( like inner engineering etc)
    2 Try box breathing, and eat nutritious food
    2. When mind gets anxious and thinks so many stuffs all at once, just stay still and be rational about what can be done
    3. If not in Nepal, use your contacts in India or even try to search for job in India.
    4. Contact and seek help from your friends or seniors. They must have faced similar situation
    5 Seek help and never hesitate to seek help. You will see there are so many people out there who are helpful.

    Jindagi jasari pani bitxa, aile lai situation afno control ma nahuda mind and body le esto react garnu pani normal ho, so first look for ways to make your mind calmer, then you can think ahead. Messy state of mind ma kei garna ni sakinna.

    P.S: kei biteko xaina , aafno company kholne haina arkako under mai kaamai ta garne ho, tyeti ta dhilo chado paaihalinxa . Nepal, India, Bidesh ma 😉 chill!

  6. First of all seek therapy.

    In the meantime, You can start working on yourself by doing activities like, learning skills related to your career, reading books, learning instruments, exercising, implementing healthy diets etc. Trust me this things do make positive change, but you need to start building habits to do those things rather than relying on motivation or mood. One thing I have realized, which has helped me to keep my anxiety and negative thoughts on check is to do something productive or anxiety inducting task for at least 2-3 hours a day.

    Your mind is somewhat logical so it notices that you are failing and being unproductive, but at the same time it over analyzes our situation and creates this negative thoughts or anxiety. What your mind thinks of you is just a glimpse of your current situation and has hardly any idea of your future self, So working on yourself and actual realization is the key to change your life and how your mind thinks.

  9. just be satisfied with the situation at hand. there is no need to think what you do for others and what others do for you. just do it for yourself. its hard to say how to be self satisfied but everything will come to place sooner or later.

  10. As u have just completed ur bachelors, i guess u’ve just come out of teenage. Trust me, you have not yet faced any reasons yet to invoke anxiety. Those are for later years. Right now, i suggest to find a part time job nd engage in some self developmental activities like learning music, language etc. Do not prioritise salary or stipend while lookinf for job, experience is much more.valuable.

  11. Your just being too harsh on yourself, I’m pretty sure I’m around your age, I dont have/experience half of the things you have. You have just only started to being adult so how can you you expect to be top of the game. These things need time, experience and hard work to build. Take it slow and one step at a time, just like how complete your studies, slow and steady.

  13. I suggest you to explore something different, mediate, make new food from scratch, morning walk, try new place, go for hike, start gardening and pray to god. A spiritual end might help you and make things clearer.

  16. You are not alone going thru with this. The first thing you need to do is watch Ted Lasso vanne series and you’ll realize the power of believing. No matter what you’re going thru always believe that this “shall too pass”. You are not lost, you are just not sure which direction you are going in just yet (Ted Lasso).

    The second thing you need to do is cut out negativity. K kura le tmlai bother garira cha the most teslai cutout gara. Nothing and no one is more important than your mental peace. Stop overthinking and just start doing, kura lai dimag ma matrai narakha just do it. Start working on yourself, one step at a time.     2) Best thing to comfort yourself is by sharing your problems with friends and families. If you try to hide and keep things within yourself it will get even worse.

  20. Everyone has their own time and pace thats why you must stay focused and keep up with the shits. If you think you’re not qualified enough for something then work harder on it and you’ll get there in your own time and pace. We’re all humans and we seek for comfort & bonding with other humans at some point. There are people who wish if they had someone by their side and also there are people who wish for no distractions so they can focus on themselves and be the better version of themselves. The key is to think and prioritize what is the most important thing at this point? and work on it.

  21. Life is hard, don’t feel down. U will sometimes feel sad, it’s normal but if u are feeling sad and affecting your life moods in bad way, then i will suggest to seek medical advice also. Anxiety attack can be severe and hard and medicine and counselling help, alot. I have also done that it helps alot. Talking to people your loved one. They will not know until u tell them. Take care.
