I think it’s called compulsive exercise disorder or something.
Basically 8, 9 umar dekhi yesto huna thaleko, sanyo sanyo ma jump rop khelthe, 1 thau dekhi arko thau repeat garera kudi basthe eklai (I enjoyed it, while everyone around me thought I was crazy) Exercise pani thik gare hune ni, I 100% of the time do exercises that involve my legs, jumping, running, jump rope, cardio.
You must be thinking what’s wrong with doing leg work?
Well, my friend, 10 11 ko umer ma I used to do jump ropes so much that 100+ katai dinthe non stop.
Ma exercise din vari gari rahunuxu whenever I am free, lagh bhag din ko 3 4 ghanta, it’s like my escape or something……I like the feeling….it’s addicting…..I am like a chain smoker but with exercising.
Problems it’s causing: Wastage of massive amount of energy, body ko lower part ma matra sabh Mass ra strength jamma hunu ani upper body looking super weak and almost malnourished (aaj kal halka fulka pushups garna thalyo xu to at least maintain some degree of balance between upper body and lower body), I get wounded but I still don’t stop….for example aja maile mero kutta sadakae dherai jump garera and mind you this ain’t my first time, exhausted hunu dher exercise garera.
umm problems ta yeti vanda hunxa, main chai imbalance between nourishment of upper body and lower body ho.
Things you need to know: Ma gym jadina ghar mai jump sump, cycling hai rahunxu, exercises that invlove my upper body. I am 17 now 9 barsa ko umer dekhi ek din na xutai kana yesari din ko 3 4 ghanta exercise gardai xu. I enjoy the pleasure but it’s kind of sickening at the same time. My addiction is causing problems to my body and damaging it.
Help guys, give me some suggestions.

You got a talent my friend. Maybe you can get into some short of sport( jumping, running, etc ) and represent Nepal. Maybe you can try to get world record for skipping. Possibilities are endless.

Do not self-diagnose yourself. It does seem like your problem is more psychological, so I would recommend getting help from professionals. I don’t think there are any exercise psychologists in Nepal, but you can try finding them; otherwise, get help from a psychologist/psychiatrist.
You have to work both on your compulsiveness and physical exercise pattern. So, for your compulsiveness, psychologists/psychiatrists can help, and for balanced exercise, you can contact some good physical trainer, tell them your situation and ask them to create a balanced exercise and meal plan for you.
I don’t think you will get appropriate help from this subreddit. So, you could also ask your queries in other subreddits catered to specific fields.
