I live in the ground floor and all my furniture has this green dhusi. I wipe it off regularly where I can see. But is there a permanent solution to this? I don’t want my furniture to get permanently damaged.

If you have the budget, you can buy a dehumidifier but this means your energy bills going up, so give it a thought
if possible vacate ground floor and shift to first floor or any other floor. This is the problem in all Ktm houses especially the ones that have been blocked by natural sunlight
Living in a moldy room might cause health risks too. Check if you can smell mold in your room. Dherai xa vani maybe think about leaving the place or changing rooms?
I had similar experiences before. After realising how dangerous it can get, I left the room immediately. Be careful.
Also I don’t think there’s a permanent solution to it without sunlight entering the room or removing damp causing elements.
Exposure to sun is the best way
