2. People spam someone personal details like emails , through email bomber and other few smtp tools. And they get credit cards information, social security number , phone number. Even if they get card they need aunthetication to make purchases or to add card in cash app. So they make scam page, clone credit card bank website, and ask for otp using scamming script.
   They talk to user through phone call or message and pretends they are from bank asking for credit card otp saying some issue arises. And when they get suscessed to get otp
   They add card in cash app , and they do purchase on cryptos, card gift card , others….And cash out from there. Once they get all ur email acess in which credit card is attached it with now they talk to bank pretending they are the card owner and ask for available balance.

   The most fraud risk bank of usa is chase bank.

   This scammers have list of bin ( bank indentification number ) of VBV AND NON VBV which is easier for them to scam other credit cards

   Other ways like they use direct bank acc number and rounting number too. But most of the scam goes through credit card because it is easier
