I’m currently facing a tough decision in my life. I recently had my F-1 Us visa denied for my bachelor’s in computer science (around 80% scholarship). Now, I’m in a dilemma. Should I attempt again, this time with Howard university offering a 65% scholarship for an F-1 visa? Or should I just change course entirely and pursue a 2-year certification course in aircraft maintenance engineering in the UAE? My question is, can I become a pilot after working as an AME engineer in Dubai for 2-3 years? If I secure an AME job there with free accommodations, I could save up to 60k+ Usd over 3 years, while pilot training in the Philippines costs around 45k-60k Usd. And I’ll use all those savings in pilot training. I’m torn between my love for technology (CS) and my passion for aviation. Please, guide garnu malai. I know the aviation of Nepal is not that good that’s why I might transfer/join airlines in india.
Ps. I’m really down after the visa rejection. I was pretty sure that I’ll make it out but my luck was bad

Try again for a f-1 visa but keep UAE also as a backup lower your COA for your next attempt focus on why were you rejected on first try confidence is the key for f1 visa 70% confidence 30% luck if you can’t lower your COA you can give your interview from india in india COA doesn’t matter that much but university matters but here in nepal COA is the key no matter how good the university is try again brother best of luck
