Why Does Goldstar not have sizes below 40 in most shoes?

I have been using Goldstar shoes since starting bachelors. Student life ma there was shortage of money. I have opted for goldstar shoes. I wore quite a few designs. I lived in outskirts of valley so all the models and sizes were not allowed. But now I live in valley and have been searching for Goldstar shoes and found out every cheaper side shoes comes in Men’s sizes only ie- 40 and above.
Previously I searched months for trekking shoes and later found out they don’t make smaller sizes than 40 and had to buy some other random foreign brand.
I was eyeing a plain ass white shoes since so many weeks. The design is really nice and the price is too but my heart always breaks seeing the size chart.
