Mentally unstable, suicidal thoughts was part of my intrusive thought but never acted on it. I am sorry if its not the answer you looking for.
So I had a kindhearted friend. His personality was such that anyone around him would feel good about themselves.
Never really knew what he was going through. He met a severe accident with lot of broken bones. Later he revealed it was a suicide attempt and it feels like god has given him another chance at life .
Tried 2 times , failed and stopped trying.
I tried twice. One time drank harpic (not a lot. I was dumb but i was also scared). Didn’t work. Just vomited. I actually got that idea from crime patrol. But the person had drank phenyl. Next time tried to jump off the 4th floor. Had my suicide notes ready. Had Reset my phone. Burnt my personal diary. I was all ready. Until got a call from a friend. She had asked to bring her notebook which I had taken with me. And started wondering if I died then who would search for her notebook and give it to her. And postponed my death plan. Just to return her notebook. And basically procrastinated the death away. It’s been so long since then.
