Permits for restaurant playing loud live music?

Permits for restaurant playing loud live music?

I live in a residential area in Kathmandu. It’s relatively quiet except now there’s a bastard restaurant that plays live music every evening. Don’t restaurants require a permit and consent to do so?

Please don’t respond with unhelpful comments like “Nepal ma estai ho”

  1. I’m not 100% sure, but there is a bylaw which says they need to stop playing loud music after 8 or something like that.

I think you need to talk to your ward office about it. They are surprisingly helpful in these kind of things.
