Maile chau chau nakhako din chaina hola past 3 mahina ma.maile din minimum 50 ko junk food ta khanxu.Maile yehi karan le garda health bigreko dekhiraxu mero. Yesle garda mero kapal lai ni asar dekheko xa . How can i control pls tell me.

  1. Maila paila chai mahina ko ekchoti chauchau khanthe tara ahile chai hapta ko ekchoti khanchu (khanu hudaina). Aru khana haru nakhai kana chauchau matra khayo bhane chai , protein ra fiber ko deficiency huncha body ma.

  2. Try substituting the junk foods with healthier food options. When ever you have the cravings like if you want to chew on something crunchy like chau chau try healthier snack alternatives like makhna, popcorns etc you can look up healthier food alternatives online. self control and discipline is also very important.

  3. If it’s already been 3months and you know khanu hudaina yet you have it tesobhae ta you’ve reached that phase jaha “laa khanu hunna ” bhanne thought aucha and then you end up eating more and there’s a vicious cycle.Been there,done that .
    Suruma ekchoti why are you having the junk food everyday sochana..is it because you don’t have access to dalbhat or other home cooked food?or just because it feels good?
    Dalbhat sab Khana milcha bhane and esei khaira bhane suruma think of how that’s affecting your body.
    “Bad food” bhanera categorize nagarnu junk food Lai feri.. it’s ok to have junk food every once in a while.Jusy remind yourself yo everyday Khana chai bhayena maile.
    And then start with having what ever junk food you want every week ,tyo garna garo bhaye every 3days bata start.
    And then bistari weekly khanu and bistari Khana chodnu.
    Take care.Addiction of any kind of hard to deal with.Food problem effs you up.Hope you’ll be good.
