Idk how to start it. I am jealous of every little thing around me even if its anyone’s relation with their parents, siblings, friends or their skills like dancing, singing I just can’t stop getting jealous. Follow your hobbies simple ! Your main problem seems like you don’t love yourself and aren’t satisfied , and seems like you don’t do anything beneficial , that’s why , so if not hobby do something productive

Turn your jealousy into admiration. And also admire the thing which you have. Anything even the smallest positive thing in your life admire them.

Bro go for counselling it’s because of ur underlying emotion, it can be insecurities, it can be due to ur pastor whatever. I was once like you, in my case that was because of my past and insecurities so I took counselling that helped me overcome it. Now I am feel content within myself, and happy without any reason.
Acceptance is the key. But work on yourself and push harder.
If you know your mindset is flawed, then just reminding it is flawed helps. Everytime I had something in my mind which I thought was flawed thinking I reminded that and learned not to care about that opinion much. You just let it pass it won’t bother you after sometime.
