I find yamalube in my fz-25 to be expensive, it uses 1.5 liter and service center usually charges me cost of 2l of engine oil. Should i use oil of motul or castrol in local repair garage? Will it be good for performance and economic wise??

Bring back the remaining 0.5 liter of engine oil with you then use that on your next oil change. They should give it to you if you ask for it because you paid for it.
if its a synthetic engine oil, stick with the Yamalube. you can always use the remaining oil for top up or next filling. However you can always try a Motul or a Castrol Premium or any other same grade oil. Sometimes 3rd party engine oils are much better and cheaper.
Also please note, fully synthetic engine oils are expensive.
