Can people living in USA SEND 30-40 Lacs at once to Nepal ?? Or do they have restrictions on how much money they should send at once ?? And if this is the case, what do they do if they need to send some heavy amount back home, like 1 crore or some in urgency??

I guess you need to show the. Proof of income. As far as i know there is monthly cap on how much you can send about 5-10k (not sure).
People usually send money through hundi, but then again you need to find the trust worthy one.
Doesn’t matter as long as you have proof of income.
I want to know if that huge sum of money is to be sent to Nepal, what is the medium to be used???
Banks in Nepal will ask where did that money come from, asking for a legitimate source.
