Anyone who is a dentist or who knows about dental crowning here can tell me how much it costs to do dental crowning. I searched for it online and found out there are various types of dental crowns, which I have no idea about. and I am seriously confused now. Is RCT necessary for dental crowning or not? So anyone who has an idea about it, can you tell me how much it costs and which is the best clinic for it in KTM?

I had a crown put in last year. They had different types and prices. If I remember starting from 5k, all the way to 20k. The 20k one came with 20 year warranty and it was the only type they offered that doesn’t need to be taken out in an mri machine. The cheaper ones need to be pulled if you ever need to get an mri.

Back in 2017 I had RCT done on my 1st molar. The dentist told me to come in next week to put my crown in ,but due to some personal circumstances I couldn’t make it. After that I kinda forgot about it. Almost 7 years later I still haven’t gone back and surprisingly Ive had no issues or problems whatsoever. I even went to another dentist for teeth whitening a couple of months back and she told me my teeth are fine. So maybe getting a crown isn’t that necessary? Just my understanding.
