i am a victim just like that neighbour as well. So many sleepless nights just because two kuttas wouldn’t stop barking. It was always those pets. Local dogs ta barely make any noise at night. Thank god now i can sleep in peace because the owners of the kuttas left this community and took their kuttas with them. I am fully supporting the neighbour and idc. “if you can’t take care of your dogs then don’t adopt them”
i have two doggos crazy fuckers at night both barking their soul out neighbours hadnt complained but i felt it was disturbing to everyone around so i kept them inside my room

Find out why the dogs are barking all night and solve the issue. If they are fighting amongst themselves, maybe keep two indoors or separate them and leave the third one open at night if you want security. Ani rotate who gets let out at night. Train the dogs to not bark at nights.
People have jobs and studies and they need a good night’s sleep to function properly. It’s very inconsiderate to not do anything about it.
As far as I know wada office cannot enforce shit. That is just a place to have a discussion and sort things out, they just mediate it.
