I recently moved from a country(A) to another country(B) permanently and I still have my bank account in country (A). I forgot to download my bank statements before moving and now I urgently need my bank statements, but I forgot my ATM Pin which is required to open my debit account details through Mbanking app and therefore cannot download bank statements online.
Do you think Banks send statements upon email without confirmation of identity or physical presence is must here?
Please suggest me with measures you would take if you were in this situation.
(FYI, Bank do not have any official mail. They mostly take complaints from the MBanking app itself and now I cannot complain them too. I can only call them and request them from number which isn’t registered with that account)

Lol it’s bank and if they don’t verify what’s the point of being a bank. You don’t have pin as well as no. registered. Highly doubtful if it’s possible.
