I eat waiwai cooked almost daily and most of chatpate panipuri too and I have often heard from people that noodles are the most unhealthy food. Even heard that the chemicals from Chatpate panipuri and noodles and other maida products tend to give us stomach issues and even infertility issues. To what extent is this true?
And please suggest me the way to control this junk addiction.

Too much saturated fat & sodium; too little dietary fiber. If eaten in moderation, it won’t be a big deal I suppose. Like someone said earlier, too much of anything is bad.
Having said that, now I am craving for spicy hot current noodles!
Yes, because instant noodles have lots of salt in their seasoning, which is often almost the same as or sometimes even more than the DAILY recommended sodium intake.
Also, they are processed food with lots of chemical ingredients. Not healthy.
Lol ma din Kai dui teen euta churot tanchu man I should be more worried not u
Everything is unhealthy if you eat too much.
Too much salt in those noodles.
Plus those noodles are fried.
And on top of that the added preservatives to increase the lifespan of noodles have the opposite effect on your lifespan.
Once in a while is okay, everyday is definitely unhealthy and you’ll definitely face health issues soon if you continue like this.
School ma huda dherai chauchau khayo bhani haddi kuhinxa bhanera bhanthyo ani those who ate dherai chauchau used to collapse assembly ma 😆
Eat it raw yes cook it like the Japanese ramen no
And no they don’t give you food poisoning or any health issues if they’re not expired
Never have I heard instant noodles give infertility issues if that were really a case the whole instant noodles would have been shut down already

I simply put it this way: The more the food is processed, the more unhealthier it gets as processing food creates loss of nutrition and adds more ingredients/preservatives/chemicals to the food.
Eating the food that is closer to its natural form is much healthier compared to ones that have turned away from their natural form.
Here is my two cents:
If you eat it occasionally, its okay life is all about balance.
But if you eat it on regular basis; not only you are taking the harmful effects but also missing out on a nutritious meal that you could be having instead !
Dekheraxu raja khana banauna kati ko alash xau timi 🤣
A few months back, there was a show by Suraj Singh Thakuri, he invited all 3 Chaudhary brothers, (CG, sons of binod chaudhary). Suraj singh challenges them to eat a packet of waiwai on the show. They made a thousand reasons not to eat WaiWai..
