Is it possible to give a newborn baby a different surname than their parents (i.e father and mother). let’s say father’s surname is luitel and mother’s surname is rai or anything (it is just an example). Is it possible for parents to name their child with different surname which is not associated with any caste or any type of groups in nepal.
