I am given very mixed opinions on this one and at this point they’re making me question the choice that I had made about going to the US for chemistry, what should i do?

If you have enough funding or scholarships you should go. It is just not about good education system in US, its about growth. Bachelor is for 4 years which is a long time. You will be more independent. You will grow in so many ways and adapt the new culture more easily.
I am on the same boat lol. Above things were said to me by someone in US. Good luck!
Not very wise. If your parents can afford or you got scholarship very wise. Saying from Canadian experience.
If study is your priority then US jau visa lagena bhane aaru country try Nagarda ni hunxa aafu lay bhaneko subject padna paudena na aafule bhaneko clz/uni Jana paudena
Going to US for Bachelor’s without a strong family background is tough. I have seen smart people getting lost here for $$$ and end-up being lonely and depressed and addicted where as dumb people just focused on school, now have a nice job and family. Most of the students give up in couple of years. If you want to come to US, finish your bachelors there. I believe the education isn’t that bad, only the opportunities after graduation isn’t enough in Nepal. Any Science major is worth it , computer science is the best for the time being.
Yeta bata periodically laisa pathauna parne xaina vane gaideu bro ali safe countries haru.
If ure good at studies or avg then sure its wise to go just make sure ure prepared. Dont take huge loans just to go bidesh
From experience, I’d say go abroad after ur bachelors. Lots more opportunities will be available for you. Bachelors will
Be struggle a bit
Bachelors mai gako ramro in my opinion. Study sngai aru life skills ni sikincha, earning ani money management dekhi liyera independent life style huncha. You will also start to appreciate little things that we took for granted.
Absolutely go. The argument about paisa pathaunuparne or funding still applies to whatever age you are on. I do not see any good arguments against.
