NMB ko sajilo right now they are offering free first time recharge you dont have to pay for anything besides the amount you are going to topup gor first time tespaxi each time load garda 500 lagxa. Most of the bank ma 1000 lagxa rw 30-40$tw banaudai ma lagxa like NIC i do have NMB ko too but do your research go to banks and ask them compare each ani and for documents youll need citizenship card and PAN number and ofcourse passport size pic of yours take few with you.
