There are limited options for Mobile phones. If you are using an android you can either use FireFox + ublock origin (yes mobile version of firefox supports extensions most people don’t seem to know this) Or you can use Revanced. Both of these options are not perfect but they’re the only alternatives i know of. If you are on ios I don’t think you have any options since there is no revanced on ios and firefox for ios is just safari with firefox skin thus has no support for extensions.

this will download youtube apk. dont install this apk.
now open revanced manager apk and then go into patcher and click select and application, click youtube and then tya storage ma click garera varkhar download gareko youtube ko apk select garnu and click patch. it will take 5mins and then install vanera option aaucha, install it and then you will find two youtube installed in your phone. you can now delete/disable the native youtube app. then click the patched youtube and open it, it will prompt you to download microg, download and install it and youtube will work without ads, with background play support, with sponserblock, etc features.
