So I have been buying Nestle Toned milk but its 285NPR/litre and other options fresh cow milk from farmshop which costs about 210/litre
Then there is safal pasteurised packet milk which is cheaper but has no nutritional information and i dont know why it asks you to boil if its already pasteurised and preserved.
