Loktantra is democracy, rule of the people. Ganatantra is republic, which is also rule of the people but specifically without a king. You have a constitutional monarchy in a democracy, like in UK, Sweden, Spain etc but in republic, the head of state is always elected, like prime minister or president.

Ganatantra is when there’s no king.
Ganatantra bhaneko jun desh ko head election bata aaucha, testo lai ganatantra or republic bhanincha. Loktantra bhaneko chai testo political system ho jasma the people are directly or indirectly involved in decision making.
Ahile ko condition ma both are useless. We are far broken country, aba ko 10 15 barsa pachi ta sayad beyond repair country.
