Ayurveda, an ancient system of medicine originating in Indian subcontinent, encompasses a holistic approach to health and well-being. Dating back thousands of years, Ayurveda focuses on achieving harmony and balance within the body, mind, and spirit. Derived from Sanskrit, “ayur” means life, and “veda” means knowledge or science, emphasizing its comprehensive understanding of life and healing. Ayurveda views each individual as unique, with their own specific constitution and balance of elemental forces known as doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). By promoting preventive care, proper nutrition, herbal remedies, lifestyle modifications, and therapeutic practices, Ayurveda aims to restore and maintain optimal health by addressing the root causes of imbalances rather than merely treating symptoms. With its holistic and personalized approach, Ayurveda continues to inspire and guide individuals on their journey towards vitality, longevity, and a harmonious existence.
So, basically how would you tell anyone and define anyone when someone asks you about love?

Baby, dont hurt me
**I hate to break it to you, but what people calls “love” is just a chemical reaction that compels animals to breed**. It hits hard, then it slowly fades, leaving you stranded in a failing marriage – **Rick Sanchez**
The definition of love changes over time as you mature, I was in 12 when i first fell in love with someone truly, not talking to them would hurt me physically, I needed to be with them always. But now my definition of love has changed, She needs some personal space and me too, We should give ourselves the space we need. I don’t need to talk to them 24/7. My heart doesn’t pain much when i’m not talking to her, instead i do not think about anything else when i’m with her, My mind is fully focused on her and not the idea of love or the potential of this person. I’m in love with her. My Heart doesn’t feel as much as before but i know this love is stronger than the one i felt before.
About Love by Anton Chekhov.
“Not knowing how to swim, I still wanted to dive into the ocean that were her eyes.”
“And when everything, was going wrong, you could turn my sorrow into song”
Anything that makes you lose your insanity if lost and dare you enough to conquer world if found.
Love is a smoke made with fume of sighs….
Love is the death of duty.
Thing that creates kids
The theme of all songs.
Actually, all Nepali songs.
never got one i guess its just an illusion
It depends on many criteria but simply, I would like to conclude it by saying when you want their happiness without any though of gaining something and supporting them no mattter what. It isnt confined it comes with surreal pain but we keep loving. And at the end truth is we seek for compability over love.
Love is art of giving without any expectation. 💙
Love feels like a great misfortune, a monstrous parasite, a permanent state of emergency that ruins all small pleasures.
Twice ko geet What is Love

Absence of hatred
What’s love without a bit of craziness added to it’s flavor
When I type what is love in YouTube I found K-pop group twice since then I am big fan of K-pop 😂
It is a disappointment.
An unconditional act of care.
A temporary illusion created by your own brain, by assuming an ordinary person is special (the one & only).
Love is sex
There is nothing called love . It is an illusion
Some sort of Chemical Reaction.
