I tired to apply new dotm link( pokhara) but when trying to fill registration i couldn’t use my full citizenship number which is eg. 12345/300.
“/” symbol didn’t work idk why. And i did with space eg. 12345 300 and it worked but issue here is i called dotm pokhara office this morning and officer said citizenship number should be exact as citizenship; he told me to visit 16 number room. It mean can i change or re-edit the issue?

I had similar issue. Correct Nepali birthdate type garda english birthdate milirako thena… Jan 1 dekhauna parne Jan 2 dekhairathyo. I went and talked to the guy there and he fixed it.
