Cities? Kathmandu valley, Pokhara, Bandipur, Dhulikhel, Chitwan, go to pachkhal to see village life in Nepal, or chitlang, for terai (terai is plane land situated in south of Nepal) chitwan and lumbini, butwal.
For mountain Jiri, Dolkha, jomsom.
Treks? ABC, EBC, Mardi (i guess it falls on ABC), Langtang, Gosaikunda, Upper Mustang, Tilicho, Dolpa (sey phoksundo). (Wouldn’t recommend last 3 solo though)
Small hikes? Sundarijal hike, Champadevi, Dhulikhel’s surroundings hills, chitlang, pokharas surroundings hills.
For historical and cultural? Gorkha durbar, Nuwakot durbar, Sinduligadhi (sindhuli town), Makwanpur gadi (go to hetauda city first), Janakpur, Lumbini, Kathmandu Valley, Panauti.
I wanna know as well, since I am planning to travel alone in a few weeks to some place
