Late 20s, job grxu which is not physically tiring but ajkal I cant seem to relax. Sano sano kura le stress huni…literally tauko nai dukhxa vnya. Similarly, temper ni nachaine kura ma high vai rako hunxa ani feri kaile kai kei grnai mann lagdaina like motivation energy nai navaye jasto k.
Overall ma vanna parda, how do you guys deal with stress and all?

It’d been quite the same story for me also. I realized that the company will go on without me and I started becoming less serious about work and more serious about health. Bihana chado uthne, around 5-6 atleast ani, do what you want to do, read book, exercise, walk, play game, listen to vajan kritan, rap, melody, j garda ni vayo as long as it keeps your mind peaceful. Beluka chai, early dinner khane before 8 ani, around 11 ma thorai exercise garera sutne. Between this, spend time with family or do what you need to do for your own achievement. Basically be a bit selfish about your health and achievements. And on weekends give yourself more time to do what you like.
In my experience, stress starts when you are kept busy on other things that matters less to you and you cannot work on things you like to achieve in your life. Tesko lagi, afai time nikalera achieve garnu parcha. It’s hard to maintain life while working. In my case, I work and study, I feel like I am dying slowly sometimes.
