Which course between these two should like take for bachelors?
Both courses are equally interesting and I don’t wanna miss out on any of them. I would like to ask the seniors as well as other who have a proper idea of this. Which would be better to persue?

If you mean a 3/4 years course, then none. Choose Computer Science (CS). You will learn both, then you can choose to go in any direction for your Masters/PhD. Plus you learn more.
You will hamstring yourself by specializing this early for bachelors.
If you mean which single subject to choose, it depends on your choice. I would go for Software/Web since you can create a nice project out of it and add to your portfolio. AI and ML is too theory heavy to showcase.
