Hey Reddit community,
I hope you’re all doing well. I wanted to share a bit about my academic journey and seek some advice from those experienced in the BBS program.
I completed my 12th, in 2021 during the challenging Corona batch. Due to the pandemic, exams were delayed, and the stress took a toll. Moving on to my Bachelor’s 1st year, I faced setbacks and failed in three subjects. At that time, my focus shifted to studying abroad, but unfortunately, my visa was rejected.
Fast forward to my 2nd year, I faced additional challenges. Believing I’d secure a visa, I wasn’t adequately prepared and ended up failing most subjects. Currently, I’m uncertain about passing any, maybe just one.
Now, I find myself at a crossroads. I need to give re-exams for both 1st and 2nd years. Balancing work and studies, coupled with subpar teaching at Sankardev College, has left me considering tuition classes. I genuinely want to succeed in BBS, not just to avoid being labeled as only a plus 2 pass but to pave the way for my Master’s and beyond.
I’m reaching out to the experienced BBS community here. Should I opt for tuition classes, and if so, any recommendations? Any advice on managing time effectively while working? How can I overcome the challenges posed by a less-than-ideal academic environment? Your insights and experiences would mean a lot.
Thank you in advance for your support and guidance.
