  1. Government ma chai can’t run more than twice if the rule is deemed as a failure jasto kei huna parney.

4-5 choti eutai manxe vak tw thik hoina ni yar. Especially kei prominent nagareko vayesi.

  2. I don’t know about the students. But I want an apolitical head of state, similar to UK or Japan, where the person calling the shots is still an elected prime minister. It is similar to the system Nepal was operating under from 1990 to 2002. Although the Army should be under Parliaments control in practice.

  3. King pani Paras kaam chhaina, Gyanendra budho chha, aru chor hatyara bhrastachari neta sab bekaar. Saachi what do you guys think is best for Nepal? Huney ta kei haina but k laagchaa?

  4. There is no point in having a pretend figure head in the form of king whom the tax payers have to pay for. Minority can have any wishes – I wouldn’t think much about fringe opinions like that and give it air time.

Someone may rally tomorrow about having aliens from outer space in Nepali parliament – means nothing. It would be a backward move for Nepal to bring king even as a figurehead.

  5. Let me clarify one thing, the people demanding Monarchy don’t want an absolute monarchy where King holds the supreme power, what they want is a constitutional monarchy in which the head of state is the King who is not politically aligned to any party unlike the President. Also, Monarchy is not just about politics, it represents our culture, religion and history.

If it was for the King, he would not have given aam-mafi to all those murderers and mafias.

  6. People are just hopeless that’s it they dont want to work together and bring good people in power but rather want a temporary solution that is it and the only thing they should protest about right now is tyo province thing cause national expenses are doubling bacause of that every other state has their ministers which is just unnecessary and not so good for a country like nepal which isn’t i a need to be divided into states

  7. During King’s rule Nepal was one of the most developed countries in the world. Per capita in general was around 100,000$ and many westerners used to migrate to Nepal as cheap labour to work in places like Kathmandu and Pokhara.

If 1990s political hadn’t had happened then Nepal would be global superpower by now. But now we are at world’s least in everything. If Gyanendra returns and bring Hindu Kingdom, then as in current Modi’s India, the glory of old days will return.

By 2025 Nepal will be probably the richest and most powerful Asian country and in 2030 we will be in Mars and moon at same simultaneously.
