We’re stupid. and the solution, there is no solution for stupidity.
Most people would say its politics or corruption but again why does that happen, cause we’re stupid; cause we choose those leader, we decided to bribe them. So, this all boils down the fact that we’re stupid. And also, we like pointing things on others.
In other note, we’re getting better as a country. I’m hopeful that when my generation gets old(hoping we all survive by then), Nepal would become a good place to live with civilized happy people.
Number one is corruption and nepotism/favoritism in all organs of government. The government is infested with pests and nit just high levels. Everyone from a peon to a prime minister takes and asks for bribe.
Second is the hopelessness.
Third is no matter how competent you are, you will always have to work under an incompetent leader.
Fourth is instability in everything. Like the tiktok ban.
Fifth is there is no future in Nepal.
Item availability problem. I do tech DIY stuffs. Not enough market for shit. Furthermore, expensive shipping. Item availability problems in general.

– nepotism is normalized yet people have a problem with the quota system
– sexism isn’t as bad as india but there’s a healthy amount of it in our society
– most do not know the difference between intersex and transgender (i don’t know it very well either. it should be included in the curriculum so it makes the sexual minorities live more comfortably without facing blatant hate for baseless reasons)
– unjustified casteism is prevalent. no religion discriminates among humans as superior or inferior
– the government is filled with money hungry bastards

– dowry system needs to be demolished and called as illegal

People are stupid. Can’t fire them due to archaic labor laws. They remain on the job despite being unfit.

Today I went for doctor appointment ,we had lots of people everybody went in one after another and one guy literally bypassed everybody and went in meanwhile on the outside we were waiting for our turn for hours literally almost 2 hours. I called nurse and told her someone just bypassed she went to check in and bam the guy was someone doc knew ,I shouted about people waiting to for turn to get this over with for hours and nobody literally the people waiting for their turns too no-one raised their voice and doctor from inside called me in told me if you have a problem with this call this number and complain. And outside people said yestai ho bro. The public including me have lost so much faith in the system that no one even dares to raise voice nowadays and I agree even if I called and complained nothing would change at the end. what does this interaction even say? You guys can judge yourself.

Gov is the problem. Here You dont have any place to complain your problem for solving your issues. (Eauta kunai sarkari office ko Guard / helper dekhi Prime minister – Rastrapati samma chor bhako desh ho!!
Staffs in the pvt offices are not getting paid properly. Gov doesn’t monitor all these. Nepal gov has system but is not obeyed by all. Ani main kura … HAMI SABAI SAHERA BASNA BADHYA CHAU !!!

4. Nepotism and Favouritism are everywhere. and nepal is racist and casteist.
