Ayurveda, an ancient system of medicine originating in Indian subcontinent, encompasses a holistic approach to health and well-being. Dating back thousands of years, Ayurveda focuses on achieving harmony and balance within the body, mind, and spirit. Derived from Sanskrit, “ayur” means life, and “veda” means knowledge or science, emphasizing its comprehensive understanding of life and healing. Ayurveda views each individual as unique, with their own specific constitution and balance of elemental forces known as doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). By promoting preventive care, proper nutrition, herbal remedies, lifestyle modifications, and therapeutic practices, Ayurveda aims to restore and maintain optimal health by addressing the root causes of imbalances rather than merely treating symptoms. With its holistic and personalized approach, Ayurveda continues to inspire and guide individuals on their journey towards vitality, longevity, and a harmonious existence.

1) lack of environment where a honest (sojho) man can survive.
2) corruption in every level of bureaucracy
Transportation problem. Potholes ma road xa.
Pretty girls leaving abroad
We’re stupid. and the solution, there is no solution for stupidity.
Most people would say its politics or corruption but again why does that happen, cause we’re stupid; cause we choose those leader, we decided to bribe them. So, this all boils down the fact that we’re stupid. And also, we like pointing things on others.
In other note, we’re getting better as a country. I’m hopeful that when my generation gets old(hoping we all survive by then), Nepal would become a good place to live with civilized happy people.
Number one is corruption and nepotism/favoritism in all organs of government. The government is infested with pests and nit just high levels. Everyone from a peon to a prime minister takes and asks for bribe.
Second is the hopelessness.
Third is no matter how competent you are, you will always have to work under an incompetent leader.
Fourth is instability in everything. Like the tiktok ban.
Fifth is there is no future in Nepal.
Item availability problem. I do tech DIY stuffs. Not enough market for shit. Furthermore, expensive shipping. Item availability problems in general.
this is every other week’s post. just use the search.
Sarkari karmachari ko talab kam.
– nepotism is normalized yet people have a problem with the quota system
– sexism isn’t as bad as india but there’s a healthy amount of it in our society
– most do not know the difference between intersex and transgender (i don’t know it very well either. it should be included in the curriculum so it makes the sexual minorities live more comfortably without facing blatant hate for baseless reasons)
– unjustified casteism is prevalent. no religion discriminates among humans as superior or inferior
– the government is filled with money hungry bastards
– “dhani ko dashain, garib ko dasha” vanne vanai ko originate hamro society ko showoff culture ley garera vako ho. dashain ma khasi ko price spike kina?
– dowry system needs to be demolished and called as illegal
dogshit roads and pollution(dhulo every where)
As if like you gonna fixed it right away.
“it’s me…. Hiii…. I’m the problem….. It’s me”
3.sojho manxey haru lai sab le hepdinxa
Equal opportunity and rights
i never faced any problems
It’d be easier to tell what is not a problem, it’ll be shorter. There’s problem in like everything here.
Education, Government, Transportation, Job opportunities,
Nepal ko ramro vaneko tei 5 6 ota ramro scenery vako thau hola jun corruption, carelessness le garda bigridainxa.
Misuse of tax money
High property prices in major cities.
Lack of opportunities.
Lack of transparency in a so called federal democratic republic country.
Lack of proper health care and the list goes on.
People are stupid. Can’t fire them due to archaic labor laws. They remain on the job despite being unfit.
Corrupt, incompatible , incomepetent and aging leadership!
We are forgetting our roots
Nepal is a hopeless case.
I don’t work anywhere that is the first problem with Nepal and other problems comes in package with that.
Everything. I mean everything everywhere everyone everyday everything is wrong with nepal
Today I went for doctor appointment ,we had lots of people everybody went in one after another and one guy literally bypassed everybody and went in meanwhile on the outside we were waiting for our turn for hours literally almost 2 hours. I called nurse and told her someone just bypassed she went to check in and bam the guy was someone doc knew ,I shouted about people waiting to for turn to get this over with for hours and nobody literally the people waiting for their turns too no-one raised their voice and doctor from inside called me in told me if you have a problem with this call this number and complain. And outside people said yestai ho bro. The public including me have lost so much faith in the system that no one even dares to raise voice nowadays and I agree even if I called and complained nothing would change at the end. what does this interaction even say? You guys can judge yourself.
Problem with Nepal ??
Gov is the problem. Here You dont have any place to complain your problem for solving your issues. (Eauta kunai sarkari office ko Guard / helper dekhi Prime minister – Rastrapati samma chor bhako desh ho!!
Staffs in the pvt offices are not getting paid properly. Gov doesn’t monitor all these. Nepal gov has system but is not obeyed by all. Ani main kura … HAMI SABAI SAHERA BASNA BADHYA CHAU !!!
Chor nai chor ko desh bhayo saab le sab lai lutne. Sarkari karmachari lai ghus magna ta problem nai chaina. Laaj nai chaina fittikai pani. Face to face paisa maagchan, facility magchan. Raksi matrai gov karmachari le 2/4 crore ko ta khaye holan yo dashain – tihar ko bich ma which is nominal.
Yo corruption garne / garaune suru garne chai…. Business house ra Marwadi ko group nai ho.
Durga Prashain is 100% correct. Yiniharule harule sakdinchan.
1. People here are selfish, they can do anything for their own benefit.
2. People here don’t know whom to respect, corrupt politician, Gunda (don), Dalal are getting respect whereas hard working people and small businessman who want to do something in this country are regarded as losers.
3. Top bureaucrats are corrupt and make plan and policies that favours crony capitalists and politician.
4. Nepotism and Favouritism are everywhere. and nepal is racist and casteist.
5. aru dherai xa
