You barely buy one way ticket to Canada. This fall people have paid 350K to 450K on an average per ticket.
Actual investment for about a year in Canada with fees and living expenses usually comes to be about 15 lakhs or more. I have normally seen others get that amount and then reach canada, start working and paying the loan back.

Maybe just tourist visa application + cheap flight + couple days of cheap airbnb/motel+pocket money?
I think doable under 5 lakhs, depending on airfare.
