Until and Unless we spend heavily for the grassroot development for the next 5 years, i think Nepali Football has demolished itself to the lowest.. There’s no way the current setup will do anything good for Upcoming players .. Any youngsters out here dreaming of playing and becoming a better player and serving Nepal .. Either be exceptional/Generational talent, so that you can pursue your future in foreign leagues, or change your profession ASAP ..
NSL alone is not going to feed you, your family and your future .. There’s no hope from A division league and I don’t want to talk about lower domestic shit ..

League game nai bhayena. A division league is just rubbish. Can’t blame players and coach. If you feed shit, you get shit. Player ko salary bhanda ANFA ko office ko karmachari ko salary dherai hola. Epl jastai desh ko thau thau ko club haru lai liyera league banaunu parcha, football ground sabai thau ma international standard nai nabhaye pani cricket stadium bhanda ta ramrai cha. All year competition garnu paryo as a league with home and away match, afno thau ko team lai support garna ko jadaina hola stadium ma match herna, FA cup/ carling cup jastai aru dherai old tournament like aha cup, buddha subbha cup cha, local product company le endorsement launa sakcha, euta chutai sports tv kholnu parcha. Fitness club, academy haru ko lagi government bhata support chahincha. Players pani alik big, strong, speedy channu parcha. I still believe football is more entertaining and popular game in nepal. Also, ganesh thapa lai chahi jail ma khocnu parcha. Bcoz of his corruption, nepali football couldn’t developed.
2018 was the golden time of football. We used to love to watch nepali’s game…
And there is that one guy under every post “One day Nepal will produce its own Messi and Ronaldo”
I may sound harsh but hear me out. We might lack in terms of investment and infrastructures but that’s not why we’re behind. Maile khas ma koi players ma tyo level ko devotion, zeal dekhya xuina. Our players don’t have quality nor mentality to take themselves to higher level. Investment nai sabai kura hunethyo vane China should have been a lot better than some African countries like Senegal, Nigeria, Ghana. Hamro investment and infrastructures sanga ko parallel african countries sanga vidne ho vane 6/7 khanxa Nepal le.
Grassroots infrastructures xaina vanam vane ni renowned players like Maradona and Pele le moja ko ball khelera start gareka theye. Hamro ya ko euta nagarpalika barabar ko slums hola brazil ma, testo bata aayeka xan world class players, how? They never complained and never stopped improving themselves. For them, the sky was the limit and nothing else. Hamra local kheladi harulai A division ko quality ko huna paye pugxa. Ek ta kheladi kam gunda jyada xan, local football events without jhagada/lafada organize vako ta kam nai suninxa. Europe ma gayera kheleka kheladi samet ya Nepal ma xada vayera hidne, closed camps ko bela night club dhaune ra coach le gali garyo vanera coach nikalne garxan. As long as these are our players, I hope that football in my country become dead. Tyape, gunda harulai hero banauna vanda baru sport nai haraos desh bata.
RIP

True. Yadi football ma changes layunu cha bhane ramrei sanga invest garnu parcha. Also hamro ma feri aaja ko bholi nei result chairako huncha. Tyo aasambhav cha. Yo ali long term ma hune kura ho. First ma ta hamro ma players nei chainan bhanda huncha. Sab experienced players haru bidesh gai sake. Yata bhayo ko dherei jaso amature/new players haru hun. So unharu lai properly train gardei ordei lagnu parcha. Then comes things like Infrastucture, proper management, etc. Kei pani chaina. “The Nepali Comment” youtube channel le ramrei video banako chan exposing ANFA’s corruption.
Any sport in Nepal that is good? 🏏 Perhaps but only a matter of time before it too dies. It is currently sustained only by the individual brilliance of players and the undying love of the public.
