One thing to be aware of before spending money in used cars. Getting a fine conditioned used car relies partly on luck. Sometimes they are great. Sometimes they turn out to be a big burden for maintainance with constant breakdown.
Since you are already trying to spend 30L, why not get a new car instead by adding a little bit of money if possible. In my personal opinion, if you go out for used car, at least try to buy newer model as much as possible. Try to be selective of maker as well. The market has variety of opinion about car quality depending on the maker.
First realize what’s your priority
– Better mileage, cheap to maintain no safety- Maruti suzuki
– Better resale, slight safety, expensive to maintain- go for Hyundai
– Good safety, cheaper to maintain, slight good resale- Go Tata new models
– High safety, good build quality, average maintenance cost, average mileage- Go Ford Ford or Volkswagen
Since your are buying used one, resale shouldn’t be a big issue because it’s already reduced cost. Also, you can find spare parts easily of Ford and price are not high these days.

Second hand line vayesi Hyundai Kia or Suzuki ko linu… They have best quality and smoothness while driving. and yeah good resell value too.
If you have reached till Nexon then you can go for Creta.
Creta is one of the best but 30 vanda halka mathi parna jana sakxa due to its good resell value.
