Best option i see is revolut, but there is a catch, you might need to access your phone number after being to italy, card pay works fine and you can even convert the currency, i live in Europe and i have travelled to many places including back home to Nepal, you’ll probably be fine with revolut.. but hey, if you find something better that is more useful for you, go for it..
