  1. The best rule is to not make any rules. Don’t go around thinking oho ma ta vegetarian ho and all that. Just simply don’t put it in your plate.

Also the best way to become a vegetarian is to be a liberal veg/ meaning chicken chilly ko capsicum and onions khane type ko veg. If you so that you’ll never be in uncomfortable or silly spot.

  2. keep Chicken and Goat as pet, give them names. Everyday call them by their given names. Feed them yourself. caress them. Look into their eyes. You’ll start loving them, see them as innocent wonderful creatures in this nature, in that moment you realize, they don’t want to hurt you. And looking into their eyes you’ll see their love for you. They want to be together with you forever and ever and ever.

  3. just don’t eat .. i’ve quit several things by not just doing it. Dont set specific date or time or counts .. bholi bata nakhau ani tell yourself that you don’t eat meat , you’re a vegetarian. it is easy. i did the same with cigarettes and meat .

  4. You will not be able to be vegetarian unless your heart wants it. Natra yestai huncha, you will control for a few months or years and then you will regress back to eating meat. So you have to train your heart to not want meat. You were on the right track before. You can do it. This question is a way forward in that direction.

I have been vegetarian for quite some time. I now don’t have the urge to eat meat at any scenario. My friends and family would be enjoying meat and I would be the only one not eating meat. Its just that I cant fathom to think of eating meat. I do respect that an animal has died for feeding us but I don’t eat it. My heart doesn’t desire it.

  5. Sakera xaina matlab tmlai ajhai khana mann cha, mann vaye khanu parcha.

Mailay chodeko 7 barsa vayo, janawarko maya lagyo ani ekdin afai chutyo, tespachi khana mann lageko ni chaina.

Afno khanay rahar suppress garera chodnu chai teti ramro hoena, tmilay choday pani mannma ajhai tyo rahar airahancha.

  6. Think about all the abuse, violence and mass murder that happens in the meat industry for every bit of meat that you eat.

I’ve been a vegetarian for 17 years and vegan for 5 years now and have never looked back and never will.
