From your interest only valid engineering would be Computer Engineering.

It might be a good option if you think the government does not take action on artificial shortages or price hikes.
Thank you for you genuine answer. Would Australia/Canada be good place according to my interest?
If you have the financial means and wish to pursue your IT career without working, consider going to Germany. However, if you cannot afford to do so, you can still achieve your goal by enrolling in classes here in Nepal. I can assist you with that(mail me at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])). If you need to work to support your studies, your options may be limited to working as a cook at the most. It is important to note that over 90% of Nepalese citizens are unable to secure their dream job overseas, so it is best not to believe the hype. Real life can differ greatly from what is portrayed in fiction Instagram, Facebook)
