I’ve worked as L1 in worldlink before. Sikne khasai Testo ta haina, pressure nai hunxa ekdum, gali daro khayinxa customer ko…. I’d suggest edi time xa vane rather learn any skill… L1 ma inhouse software nai hunxa, so network bare khasai kei ni sikinna. It’s more like call center with inhouse software.
