Some of the teachers are gem of this country but you can’t deny that majority of the teachers nowadays are incompetent arrogant assholes. I’ve seen those so called “teachers” don’t give a damn about struggling students. They say to their own students faces they won’t amount to nothing. Shit is demotivating for struggling and average students. Majority of Nepalese students are average and they face this problems on daily basis. Bro if you think the local level ko leader will fuck up your local school then dont fucking elect idiots? I think this bill is fantastic. Local level representatives will be able to reform their schools and improve their standards. As for any local level that elects idiots, they deserve their schools to be fucked up for electing idiots.
I’m totally for giving power to local levels. Only then can government schools be reformed village by village, ward by ward. Any reform at a national level is just not possible anymore. Localities that elect good leaders will be rewarded with good school management and localities that dont will get what they asked for. This is as real as democracy can get. Local people will actually have a say in how and who their schools are run by.
