AI will gradually lower available jobs. High competition for fewer jobs, even for jobs the host country citizens have neglected. The AI revolution might not create enough jobs for all. If they implement universal basic income program, it might be only for citizens. All this could also lead to rapid rise of Neo-Nazis.
None of this could happen or could happen differently but has anyone thought about these things?

People were extremely scared when computers were first being developed and used. Now because of the invention of the computers there are millions and millions of jobs out there. There will always be more jobs out there.
AI is going to ease your job, not replace your job.
AI won’t take your job. A person who utilizes AI to be efficient will

Can AI build me a house? Fix my plumbing? Repair my car? Run a resturant? Operate on me? Most “AI” ok the market aren’t even AI, they’re just glorified search engines or an Advance siri.
Atleast not for 10 years but I think at some point most of us will have to learn data engineering to keep up. AI is a great thing but the technology at the current time is too expensive and inefficient to run AI. It means only few organizations can utilize AI to its maximum potential and their API is going to be expensive. Although, we have been seeing some companies working on that as well, it’s still going to take some time. If the general public can start utilizing these AI models in their own computer/server racks in the basement then I will start to worry because that’s when we will start seeing most crazy application developments happening. It’s already there to some extent though.
Most of the things will be automated but who is to ensure that AI is doing what it’s supposed to do?
Neo-Nazis as a result of AI,this is wild man, Never heard that one before.
A.I is just a glorified search engine at this point, one that is very expensive to maintain. Though improvements will be made it will be a long time before it is widely adapted. I personally think AI will create more job opportunities than replace them. Take for example the Industrial revolution, people opposed the idea of a machine replacing them. It was widely believed that jobs would be scarce but it ended up birthing more industries and increasing job opportunities.
I don’t think there is any industry AI can completely take over though. Yes AI can write code but writing a few lines of code and developing a fully working software from scratch to finish are entirely vastly different things. AI can write content yes but writing content relevant to time, appealing to human emotions to make the content impactful is in another world of its own. So I don’t think we have to worry about being replaced anytime soon.
