Hello,
I’m in America and work at a college, and I’ve been asked to make a Nepalese treat for some of our international students. I don’t know who specifically they’re for, and have not been told what to make.
What are some ideas? Ideally it would be:
* Something well liked in most or all of Nepal
* Something that doesn’t require anything that I wouldn’t be able to find in a mid-sized US city
* Something that transports well, doesn’t need refrigeration, and doesn’t need to be eaten immediately to taste good
* Bonus points: something seasonal
* Bonus points: linking the recipe
My few minutes of googling suggest that Khajuri and Peda might be good options.
Thanks!
