self care is important. doing what makes you happy, not caring too much about others, put yourself first. now about getting quality sleep dont drink too much coffee in the evening, try some meditation, dont hold up your emotions, express / vent it out. it will make you calm. listen to soulful music and read books. keep your mind engaged once your mind is tired you will fall asleep easily.
