I am the same guy who devised the retirement startup plan. I had a conversation with my CA uncle yesterday. we have started preparing the MOA and AOA and it might take a week or two. Funny thing is that we have found a loophole to get our company registered. Anyone who wants to do the same will have many obstacles to get his company registered.
However, I am skeptical about finding like minded people to join our team. Sathi, cousins sablai bideshko Hawa lageko cha. Currently we are only two people working on this project. We need more people in our board.
Does anyone know social clubs related to entrepreneurship? It would be a great help.
Regarding office space, I have got two places where we can start the project, one in lalitpur and one in birgunj. Birgunj branch will solely focus on handling social medias, running google/fb ads and developing the app. Birgunj branch has only one opening left. Lalitpur branch will have another name in a month otr two (for tax purposes) but will be managed by us. Lalitpur branch lagi we are looking for outsider or people with experience to join us. Those who don’t have any high paying skills are also welcomed given that they work diligently.
Right now, we are looking for candidates who want to experience startup culture. Board member ko lagi, you have to invest time and money. For others, there will be fixed salary, timing. A person willing to join should have patience and grit.

Can you give some details about your company, what is it? A retirement fund company maybe? If it is than it no different than any other investment fund company, and how will you assure your Clients that your retirement plan will beneficial for them, since mutual fund may generate more money if a person start early and set it for retirement, financial wise nepal is in a contradict condition of your company, no money to allocate for future use, you best target would be upper middle class,( even though they will find it hard to consider) but I would like to know about your company details, I just made assumptions on your post, so look forward to it.
