How do they tax me regarding the electronic devices at the customs department when I arrive in Nepal from the US?

I am Nepalese student in the US visiting Nepal soon and I will be carrying some electronics with me. I will be carrying two phones, two laptops and one ipad. I was wondering how the customs department will go about charging me for these devices. How much will they charge me? Will I only be charged for anything that I have two of? How does it work? Thanks!
