just a suggestion: KTM bhanda ni bhaktapur area tira sasto ma ramro ghar pauna sakinxa. 2-3 crores ma 2.5 floors bhako ramro house paunxa sakinxa hai jasko value KTM ma 3-5 crores samma jana sakxa due to high price of land.
