Hairfall Problem

Hairfall Problem

I have been experiencing hair loss for approximately four months, and I’ve noticed hair scattered around my room, particularly on my bedsheets and sofa. Interestingly, I haven’t observed any visible bald patches on my scalp, and I have noticed some new hair growth. I recently turned 19, and it’s disconcerting to be grappling with hair loss at such a young age. Currently, I’ve been experimenting with homemade hair tonics and castor oil for about a week, as I’ve been hesitant to seek medical advice due to a family member’s negative experience with hair treatments and injections, which yielded no discernible results.

I find myself wondering if I should consult a healthcare professional or if this hair loss is a typical occurrence. Is there a chance it will resolve naturally, or is treatment necessary? Well, the front baldness on my mother’s side of the family seems to be a common occurrence among my maternal cousins and my uncle. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice on this matter.

  1. It seems like you are at the beginning stages of hairfall. Use normal hairfall control tips like not agitating your hair too much and keeping your scalp nourished.

If it keeps falling I recommend keeping your hair short since long hair fall faster

If you’re actually going bald, use minoxidil to grow back your hair and hairfall control shampoo.

  2. – Search Internet on the useful benefits of Rosemary oil and the charm it does for hair follicles and you will be astonish to reap it’s benefits.

    – read this article from popular Health article website : [https://www.healthline.com/health/rosemary-oil-for-hair#:~:text=Both%20were%20used%20on%20human,scalp%20more%20successfully%20than%20minoxidil](https://www.healthline.com/health/rosemary-oil-for-hair#:~:text=Both%20were%20used%20on%20human,scalp%20more%20successfully%20than%20minoxidil).

  3. First thing is to go to a dermatologist and do the blood tests. And also check for stress level.

If it is androgenic alopecia, that the baldness is in your family history, it is better to start the treatment of dutaseride and then minoxidil. Dermatologist will guide you on this.
