There are numerous posts regarding Engineering licence and NOC, but with no conclusion.
I am recently pass out in electronics and communication.
I am willing to apply abroad to study data science which might falls on IT(non engineering).
Do I need to have an engineering licence to get NOC?
Anyone who had same situation?
