We vote for Deuba, Prachande, Oli and Makune and whine and cry about corruption for next 5 years. And now we are running after a dodgy business man who is pretending to be a messaih who will bring monarchy back! Westerners and Indians invested billions in Nepalese so called Jana Yudda to remove monarchy and declare Nepal a secular state, the people following Durga Prasai and Mahesh Basnet, do thay actually believe a day or two of protest will reinstate or keep monarchy at bay? At the end of the day, whether you are a Maoist or congress or UmL or monarchy supporter, if you are a middle class or lower middle class and poor, you will borrow money and go abroad!

I saw people saying that our democracy has failed. I wonder who is to be blamed for that lol.
Issue hamro voting system ho k.
Like if we have 99 different parties and 100 different voters, if each party gets 1 voter minimum then the one party with 2 voters wins in our context. The problem is that 98 different people do not support this person. Ani tei 98 ko halla sunney ho hamile.
Jasle jitey ni issue tei xa. About 5 ota main party haru xa. Kunai pani party le technically high support le garera jiteko hoina. Hamile tw dissatisfied group kai halla sunney ho.
Afno thau ma thulo neta jityo bhane dherai budget aucha bhane mentality pani cha nepal ma, and to some extent, it’s actually true, and not a good practice. Desh bigirne karan 30% public, 30% karmachari, 20% netas, 10% media, 10% international force pani cha, so all together sabai doshi cha. Aba huda huda hami haru jasto janta le gunda thag haru lai pani hero banauna thaleko cham , hami haru ko nepali buddhi.
The consistent “revolutions” in Nepali history has just made Nepalis believe that overthrowing is the solution only to go into worse form of governance only because the ones leading the revolution were corrupted to the core.
Here’s what I think about the current events:
1. Durga Prasain will not reinstate monarchy. His game plan is probably to get some kind of negotiation finalised with the government or establish himself in the political landscape in a public manner.
2. A protest of few days won’t reinstate monarchy. And what I’m most baffled about is the roadmap. Who will be the monarch? We surely don’t want a druggie to rule us, if that is ever going to happen.
Is it an absolute monarchy or constitutional monarchy?
What happens after monarchy is reinstated?
What changes will be brought to the constitution, if it remains?
How will the country run?
What happens to the democratic rights that has become a part of our daily lives?
3. People aren’t low IQ even if we want to call them. Most people are frustrated, misguided, gaslighted, menace and some are actually low IQ joining the crowd.
4. The big 3: Oli, Prachanda and Deuba have been running the country ever since. The problem is them. The solution? 2 as far as I can see. First one is not voting their parties which is far fetched and honestly, I don’t see that happening.
Second solution is voting for a candidate for PM, not MPs choosing PM. However, it’s difficult to do so in practice in a multi party democracy.
A 3rd solution/compromise: Since the PM has to be an MP, not voting for them in their constituency is a very practical way to approach. Say Oli is a candidate, and if people vote for his opponent, he’s not going to be MP and hence not a PM. This way, although the party may win, the PM will not be one of the big 3.
Reinstating the monarchy will be a blunder if it ever happens. The resources and the information network should be used to educate people further on their powers
yes
Kura yesto pani ho, aba janne bujhne manche kita bidesh ma ramro gardai cha or nepal mai bhayeni yo politics bata tadai baseko cha. Who’d have thought that chhabilal master being dissatisfied with parliamentary democracy would lead to a 10 year long civil war and basically change the course.of the country upside down.
Anything can happen in politics.
People are not stupid, People vote for those that promise them benefits on account of others. they are voting for selfish reasons and not to build something where everyone can equally benefit from. The problem is the people.
**Does this current protest and previous elections proves Nepalese are with low IQs?**
No, we just don’t care. We’re a bunch of smart happy souls.
from a technical viewpoint IQ is relative and defined relativistically so a large random set of population cannot be low IQ.

I think you mean they are misinformed or not in line with your opinion. (I am a Indian so idk what you are talking abt)
Khai hami Nepali haru avhmma cha.
no way raja aauxa feri, tattinxa ani selauxa, last ma ustai
Obviously, we can’t even take care of this tiny country. Edit: But this mentality will not help. We need self esteem, we need to love our country more, we need to be proud of our heritage, and we need to step up and believe that we can make this country great again.
Low Iq bhanda ni uneducated bhanda thik hola. Voter haru city ma bhanda gau ma dherai cha. Uniharu lai bikas bhaneko k ho tha chaina ani 500 1000 ma biknu sadharan kura ho. Until we dont raise voice and kill these bastards we will be a shithole country !!!sad but true !!
Apparently Nepalese are not ready for democracy. Literacy rate needs to be raised first.
